A group of Wharton MBA student leaders established the "Knock Out Castleman Disease Campaign" in honor of Dr. David Fajgenbaum, a classmate battling Castleman disease as a patient and physician-researcher. The group raised over $40,000 to support a named research grant in Spring 2015 (click here for more info), and the Wharton community is continuing to support the CDCN and its mission to cure CD and change the way rare disease research is conducted.
