Greta Moretto was born in Albania and immigrated to the United States at the age of 19. She received her bachelor's of science from Fordham University followed by post-baccalaureate graduate studies at Drexel College of Medicine where she received a certificate in Interdepartmental Health Sciences. She is currently the Hospital Manager at The National Disease Research Interchange, where she facilitates hospital collaborations to support Cystic Fibrosis, A1AD, diabetes and cancer research. After hearing about Dr. Fajgenbaum's story from a colleague, Greta decided to join the CDCN to help spread awareness about Castleman Disease. In her current role at the CDCN, Greta manages the organization's patient registry and newsletter.
