Ryan Fan is a student at the University of Pennsylvania pursuing a degree in Biological Basis of Behavior in the College of Arts and Sciences and planning to graduate in 2018. His interest in healthcare and research funding inspired him to get involved with the CDCN. He is excited to help the team accelerate their research on Castleman Disease and hopefully find a cure in the near future. Outside of the CDCN, Ryan also conducts translational cancer research at the Abramson Cancer Center and volunteers on Penn’s campus as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT).
